Capella needs our help!

Update:  Capella's surgery went well, more photos and updates to follow.  It wouldn't have been possible without you!

Hi, My name is Courtney. I live in Litchfield with my one-year-old Pomeranian puppy named Cappella Sistina. I named her after the Sistine Chapel at the Vatican.  It is said Michelangelo had a Pomeranian accompanying him while he painted the famous chapel ceiling.

My precious Cappella fell recently on the outside stairs.  I immediately took her to the emergency veterinarian clinic but I was unable to get her medical needs addressed due to a lack of funds.  Other veterinary clinics also refused treatment without payment-in-full.

In effort to meet Cappella’s medical needs, I applied for a loan that I found online for $800.  Unfortunately, the interest rate is 410%!  I also contacted the bank and credit card companies without success.  I am currently pursuing outside financial resources to raise the funds needed.

I was able to find All Pets in Nashua who have a very kind staff. They took x-rays and diagnosed Cappella with a broken ulna and radius.  She needs orthopedic surgery that will cost $3,500!  Unfortunately, I don’t have that kind of money and I need your help!  With the support of Tails to Freedom, Inc. @ Lucky Dog Thrift Shop I am hoping to raise the funds so that Cappella can have the surgery as soon as possible so she does not endure any more pain.

Your generosity will enable me to get my little girl back on her feet so that we may have a happy and healthy merry Christmas.
