Store Policies

At Lucky Dog Thrift Shop we are committed to our mission to support local animal welfare programs such as New Hampshire spay/neuter needs, emergency veterinarian bills for qualified low-income pet owners, local pets in need, as well as to help other like-minded animal and environmental charities.

In an effort to better utilize our limited space and staff, we must require that the following policies be read, understood, and honored:

Donations

Sales

All sales are final.* No cash refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit.
* Electronics may be returned for store credit only within 24 hours of purchase with receipt.

Holds

1. No holds on items costing less than $20.
2. A 50% deposit is required to hold items costing $20 or more.
3. Items will be tagged with a hold ticket that customer fills out when making deposit.
4. Maximum hold is 24 hours, after which deposit is forfeited and items returned to floor.

Layaways

Sorry, no layaways. All desired items fall under the "holds" policy.

Delivery

Lucky Dog Thrift Shop does not deliver.

General Rules

Lucky Dog Thrift Shop reserves the right to ask any customer to leave the store if they appear to be under the influence and/or are acting inappropriately as determined by the staff.

1. No loitering.
2. No public restrooms.
